Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end employee life cycle including onboarding for new joiners, grievance handling and employee separation.
- Must have experience in Talent Acquisition.
- Understand practice hiring needs and manage hiring accordingly through various source.
- Support the HR COE teams for payroll, attendance, performance management
- Proactive inputs to HR verticals on benchmarking requirements seeking internal as well as external market "best practice" opportunities that will enhance processes
- Create robust communication forums and facilitate locational employee engagement initiatives on a regular basis
- Interdepartmental co-ordinations & communication
- Ensure on-time functional deliverables, compliance of HR operations, prepare the report on the effectiveness and look for trends and draws inferences to influence future direction
- Partner with HODs and employees in the relevant location to understand current issues that can be supported or resolved through HR practices, processes, or policies.
- Counsel Managers and employees on the most effective solutions to resolve issues.
