A. Employee Relations, Alert Cases & Litigations: - Closely monitor and coordinate with Legal counsel for all employee related issues and ensure closure of these issues satisfactorily within defined TAT. - Preparing necessary legal/ employee notice/show cause /relevant drafts, issuance and maintenance of the same. - Close coordination with Alert Committee - being one point of contact to ensure execution of the actionable (Eg. Terminations, Warnings etc.), for the cases related to frauds, misappropriation, unethical business practices, other financial irregularities etc. - Coordinate with Regional/Zonal HR for timely investigation of cases. Help draft meaningful reports & aid closure within timelines. - Timely and regular reporting of MIS on various aspects of ER cases to Zones to build sensitivity & pre-empt similar instances. - To recommend course of action to be taken basis findings in concurrence with Head Sales - HR after discussion with advocates / legal dept. (wherever necessary). - To study historical data and analyze trends based on various classification and recommend corrective measures to reduce ER issues. B. Legal & statuary Compliance: - Engage with the vendor to create a effective framework to manage labour law compliance across 600 locations in the country - Manage activities like audit & preparation for the same in coordination with local operations& HR team. - Plan & execute corrective action plan with the defined timelines - Manage the ESIC vendor right from coordination with the payroll & accounts team to submission of challans & returns within defined timelines - Manage the SLA of vendors and conduct periodic reviews from time to time - Publication & analysis on dashboards & management reporting. C. To execute defined processes to increase compliance level at branches D. Design and communicate periodic reports and MIS.
