Human Resource/Industrial Relation Role - Pharma/Manufacturing (10-15 yrs)

We are scouting for HR/IR Professional who will report to the HR-Head of the company.

Relevant Work Experience: 10-15 Years

Location: Bangalore

Job Responsibilities:

- Leading the recruitment process, including selection and interviewing of candidates.

- Collaborating with other managers in the business, sometimes internationally, to ensure the smooth running of the company from a people perspective.

- Partnering with senior operational staff including the HR director, to establish and roll-out people-related strategy.

- Overseeing staff attendance and absence monitoring.

- Providing detailed HR reports to senior management teams.

- Administration of employee-related paperwork, such as employment contracts, new starter packs, or formal notices of termination.

- Overseeing training and development of employees.

- Administering financial elements such as payroll, compensation and benefits, and pension schemes.

- Handling highly confidential information in an honest and trustworthy way.

. Handling employment relations issues such as grievances and employee welfare.

- Dealing with Union IR issues and its correspondence.

- Auditing contractor compliances as PF, PT, ESIC, and MLWF, form 21, attendance register, contract labour's & contract labour's license.

- Preparing online monthly, quarterly, half yearly and yearly compliances as PF, PT, ESIC, MLWF, ER return, gratuity, bonus, Maternity Return.

- Presenting on HR issues, improvement measures and its cost saving measures.

- Dealing with government authorities, their visits, required documents and fulfilment of compliances.

- Dealing with employee, interaction, negotiation with union members and solving their problems and correspondence, contract employee's problems etc.

Requirements:

- Prior experienced in employee relations or industrial relations.

- Strong knowledge of HR policies & procedures.

- Strong problem solving, negotiation & influencing skills.

- Bachelor's/ Master's degree in human resources management or equivalent.

- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.

- Experience in educating and coaching staff.

- Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes and workplace investigations.

- Experience in following and maintaining workplace privacy.

- Ability to give presentations.

- Knowledge of relevant health and safety laws.

- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
