Your tasks and responsibilities: - Building up the HR framework of the company - Respond to Human Resources-related Inquiries - Assist with Payroll Processing - Create and Distribute internal Communications regarding status changes, Benefits or Company Policies - Administer New Employee on-boarding and Orientation - Develop and Maintain talent Management Process - Monitor Employee morale and Company Culture - Identifying Future staffing needs - Collaborate with the human resources team to develop effective recruitment Strategies - Maintain Employee Records - Conduct Exit Interviews and recommend corrective action if necessary Skills: - Understanding of Personnel and Compliance records Management. - Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills - Excellent written, Verbal and Interpersonal communication abilities - Ability to maintain Confidentiality - Multitasking - HRIS Knowledge - Recruitment and Selection - Ability to operate flexibly, balance and prioritize multiple ongoing projects/tasks, in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills - Effective communication and inter-personal skills Education and Experience Requirement: - Masters degree in Human Resources, Business administration or a related field from a Tier 1 school - 2-5 years of human Resources Experience - Prefer candidates who is having MBA Degree from Tier1 College
