Key Responsibilities :
- Plan, develop and implement strategy for HR management and development for federation office and member states (including but not restricted to recruitment and selection policy/practices, pay and conditions, contracts, training and development, performance appraisal and quality management issues)
- Work to ensure compliance with the policies, objectives, standards, and requirements communicated
- Recruit new people required by preparing job descriptions and job advertisements
- Implement a recruitment strategy for hiring including hiring drives and shortlisting
- Propose, publish and administer HR policies and design HR forms
- Plan for employee's performance appraisal, promotion and benefits
- Maintain HR records and files including by managing the HR database
- Maintain attendance and leave record system
- Listen to grievances and implement disciplinary procedures
- Perform any other duties assigned
Qualifications :
- Minimum Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Management, Psychology or any other related field
- Excellent working knowledge of HR policies and processes
- Experience in setting up systems
- Proven excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness and ability to multitask when needed
Experience :
- Minimum experience of two years as HR Generalist

- Ability to meet deadlines and work on a range of tasks in a diverse team
- Strong people management skills
- Ability to support teams and partners especially to troubleshoot or offer guidance, as appropriate
