Human Resource Business Partner - International Business - IT

We have an urgent opening for the role of HR Business partner- International Business with a leading IT firm.

Looking for 7+ years of experience :

- Experience in partnering with business leaders in highly complex and dynamic business setting is required.

- Experience assessing management and executive talent

- Ability to influence and partner with different levels of the organization to achieve results.

- Proven success in contributing to a global, team-oriented environment

- Good conceptual skills with the ability to create and develop people programs or initiatives.

- Demonstrated ability to program manage complex initiatives to success

- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.

JD :

- Propose strategic changes and channelize change management within the organization.

- Conduct dipstick surveys to understand the pulse of the unit and construct action plans to address concerns. Report the pulse of the organization through regular Focus group sessions, One on One and skip level meetings.

- Provide management coaching to People managers and Senior leaders.

- Drive the people review within the function and do a Succession Planning at all levels.

- Work with senior management to develop and implement HR plans and solutions.

- Partner with business on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning and skills assessment and development.

- Responsible for leading Talent Management for the Technology function which may include Talent review planning, Talent mobility, and Leadership development.
