Roles / Responsibilities

- Propel and grow product sale and services to current customers and identify new and potential customers.

- This role holder will be responsible for delivering growth, and profitability through Innovation and new product/market development.

- The candidate should have excellent negotiation skills and be adept at problem solving.

- Responsible for negotiation, booking the order, delivery, and post-sale services to a group of clients.

- Drive product sale and services to current customers and identify new and potential customers.

- Deliver growth, profitability through Innovation and new product/market development.

- Drive Innovation in products, new customer development, applications, and processes, aggressively.

- Balance responsiveness to customers with the ability to drive strategic growth agenda.

- Contribute to efficient working capital management through:

- Timely collection of dues and examine overdue payments

- Maintain nil finished goods inventory

Tasks Involved :

- Independent account handling and business development activities.

- Servicing of existing Key Accounts

- Understand customer requirements and liase with their marketing, operations, procurement, and packaging development teams.

- Develop product/service strategies basis understanding of market/packaging trends and competitive environment

- Provide suitable packaging solutions through recommendations in areas of raw materials, technology, process, and treatment.

- To manage customer complaints for better performance.

- Negotiate supply terms and order execution within specified timelines.

- Increase turnover, value add and market share in established account.

- Develop business plans, budgets and costing.

- Promotion of Huhtamaki as supplier of choice.

- Monitor the VA for the existing jobs post execution.

Experience :

- 6-12 years of experience in Packaging / Printing / Chemical / Flexible line of business.

- B2B Experience with exposure to profitability

- Track Record of developing profitable business in a competitive and price sensitive regions

Competencies :

- Sales / Business Development / Account Management

- Relationship Management

- Superior Communication / Negotiation and Influencing Skills

- Analytical acumen
