Role: Assistant Manager - Sales

Job & Responsibilities:

Sales Revenue - Increase in Sale / Service revenue as per annual plan

- Business margin (bottom line), billing and realization of collections

- Knowledge of pre-requisite, Tendering and bidding, seeding the cases and make RFP

- Lead Generation, Presentation & Demo

- Creation of Business Proposal and Sales reports,

- Account management of existing clients

- Adding of new business / accounts

- Ensure proper and timely resolution of client escalations

- High Customer Satisfaction Index and adherence to Sales process Index

- Travelling and Ready to move on field,

Desired Candidate Profile :

- BE/BTech (IT/Comp/ECE/EEE or any similar field) + MBA (Full Time)

- Experience in Government Liaoning / Software sales/ B2B direct software sales/ Solutions sale

- References in Government/ PSU's/ e-governance OR NICSI/NIC

Experience:

- 2-5 years
