Learning & Development Professional

Academic Qualification: MBA in HR from a reputed institute

Experience Band: 4 to 7 years

Role Description:

This is a L&D specialist role wherein the incumbent should primarily be able to lead the L&D sub-systems within HR. Should be able to handle the area with higher levels of independence in planning and executing.

Learning & Development:

- Conduct TNA to identify training gaps and suggest process improvements

- Develop and organize training manuals, multimedia aids and other educational material, etc

- Develop and facilitate various modes of learning apart from classroom sessions

- Design and deliver modules / programs

- Design, develop & implement Induction training for the new joiners

- Chart out yearly and monthly training calendars and communicate the same to all employees

- Engage and influence stakeholders in driving Learning and Development initiatives

- Identify and coordinate with vendors/institutes to provide external training programs

- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and other instructor performances

- Create RBTM and Competency development programs

General HR:

- ISO / CMMI & PCMM process compliance.

- Reporting related HR Metrics

- Exposure to automation in L&D desirable
