1. Regional Program managers serves a strategic role towards managing THE Region AND ITS various projects and customer expectations and signed off timelines in the region. The regional Program Manager supervises GUIDES TRAINS REVIEWS the individual program managers and ensures timely roll out and maintains service levels defined per project and ensures consistent quality of delivery. RPM should develop understanding of all Hughes processes and systems.

2. Is the escalation point for swift resolution of customer Calls on repetitive issues and plans for the reduction in the repeat calls and coordinate with service delivery for the improved SLAs. RPM coordinates internally with operations, service delivery team and represent customer expectations and reduced the gap between the committed SLAs and actuals .

3. Develops and control deadlines, budgets and activities for each project in the region. Leads the kick off meetings along with the designated PM and reviews the progress of each project. Coordinates and pushes the deliveries wherever applicable. Maintains the right balance of coordination in between the regional office and head office.

4. Responsible for regions accounts receivables and collection target on the Monthly basis with the Head collections and provides supports by coordinating with the customers on any pending or open issues with regard to billing and contract administration. RPM takes the responsibility to reduce the old AR and Quarterly AR collections from the customers to whom the services have been provided. RPM has to be updated on the terms and conditions of the contract, delivery credit timelines and other commercial aspect of the agreement so that the collections can be ensured on time.

5. Responsible for Repeat Service Revenue from the existing customers. RPM has to maintain the customer satisfaction and ensure that repeat business is awarded in continuation with regard to service delivery. RPM has to ensure coordination of PMs with Sales team to make a pitch and representation to customers on the repeat business.

6. Provides professional leadership to Program Managers while also developing a positive team morale. Support them to gather data and discuss reports for analysis and improvements. Carry out weekly, fortnightly, monthly reviews with his team and address the issues and concern areas. RPM must work constantly for the development of PMs and PCs

Requirements

- Proven experience as a Program Manager or other managerial position

- Excellent knowledge of MS Office; Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods

- Outstanding leadership team mgmt and organizational skills

- Excellent communication skills

- Excellent problem-solving ability

- BE/BTech in any field
