Hughes - Program Manager (6-10 yrs)

Essential Qualification: B.E. /B. Tech. (PMP certification would be an added advantage)

Responsibilities:

Act as Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for assigned customers and resolve all day to day issues that the customer may have.

- Carry out rollout for assigned customers.

- AR Management

- Create a scope document based on contractual deliverables.

- Identify and document the support required from various functions, project timelines, constraints and resources required.

- Develop rollout plan based on scope document and committed time lines in consultation with all the major stakeholders, viz. Customer, Service Management Team.

- Obtain internal and customer approval / acceptance of the rollout Plan.

- Develop formats for ATP or any other document needed for billing as per the contract and take customer approval for the same.

- Hold rollout kick off meeting with all stakeholders prior to commencing of the rollout.

- Manage and monitor day-to-day activities like Type attachment, material dispatch, delivery, installation and commissioning. Also provide direction to Service Management Team towards meeting customer timelines.

- Communicate rollout status report to identified stakeholders on daily basis or as agreed during the kickoff.

- Regularly review rollout status with internal team and customer.

- Ensure correct addresses are provided to the Service Management Team for carrying out Type Attachment.

- Evaluate rollout performance and initiate changes as required.

- Ensure Zero LD in rollout execution and availability of all documents to enable billing and collections within HCIL timelines.

- Conduct monthly review meeting with all customers to discuss network/shifting/rollout issues if any and pass the feedback to respective teams.

- Providing site / service database for renewals.
