Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for setting up the demand side of the business from scratch for the city. You will be working in close coordination with the core leadership team, with a focus on driving the sales numbers to achieve business objectives. You will also be leading a team of up to 10 employees

Top Skills required:

(a) Planning and execution of sales operations of the new city from scratch.

(b) Ownership of the sales of a region by executing processes like account management, offline sales, and partnerships.

(c) Manage a team of business development executives and key account managers.

(d) Implement city-wide pilots for new customer acquisition.

(e) Ensuring policy and process adherence, with a focus on delivering best in class customer experience.

(f) Liaise with the central team for planning and execution of new processes.

Requirements:

a) 2+ years of professional experience in Field sales.

b) Ideal candidates should have worked in a similar industry or in high-growth startups.

c) Possess excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills and an ability to navigate a complex and unstructured environment.

d) Demonstrated experience of leading a team of field sales executive
