A. Candidate Profile

- CA / MBA with 2 to 4 years of post qualification experience

- Experience in internal audit, process review, SOP, ICFR documentation, Internal controls, fraud investigation etc.

- Experience in Data analysis and policy formulation

- Excellent written and spoken English (emphasis on good communication skills)

- Candidates from consulting firms will be preferred

B. Job Description

- Work with process control dept.

- Develop process repository for all business functions

- Review existing local process and develop revised process based on HQ requirement

- Process improvement and adherence reviews

- Special reviews as required by management

- Conduct process training for user groups

- Maintain risk registers for processes.
