Roles & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for setting strategies for paid marketing - SEM, FB and other channels.
- Conceptualize, execute and manage Social Media Marketing initiatives, CPC campaigns, E-mail Marketing etc.
- Build across product verticals using analytics to map, analyze user data, interpret online users behavior, and measure ROI across the digital media
- Set strategies and manage SEM, PPC, Affiliate marketing, Online Branding & PR, Mobile marketing to achieve higher page views and unique visitors
- Work closely with the content, design, production, quality assurance and IT teams to ensure a high-quality customer experience
- Identify, execute and manage potential business alliances
- Use email marketing, IVR to achieve exit revival targets
- Manage media buying and track online campaigns
- Identify high-growth and high-revenue opportunities and taking a lead on executing them.
- Provide weekly performance analysis (eg - dashboards) to the business
- Responsible for all campaign deliverables, drive results and control costs
Desired Profile:
- 4 to 6 years of experience in Digital Marketing
- High domain knowledge (Adwords, FB Ads)
- Hands on experience of working on accounts.
- Previously worked in large internet firms/handled big budgets would be a plus
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing
- Ability to execute, collect and analyze data whilst identifying trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI
- Excellent quantitative, analytical and presentation skills
- Ability to work across functions & departments to drive business operations

Salary Range: 8 - 11 LPA
