HT Media - Brand Manager - Shine.com (4-6 yrs)

- Brand Communication : Brief ad/digital agencies or in-house designers, evaluate creatives, come up with and give feedback campaign ideas, write / oversee all brand copy/communication across media like print, radio, outdoor, website, emailers, etc.

- PR agency management : Understanding of PR metrics, ability to analyze external trends and interact with different internal functions to come up with content pegs for PR, oversee execution of PR pitches, articles, guest columns etc. by agency and give inputs wherever needed.

- Social media team management : Managing the social media planning and execution for own brand as well as for Social media clients across FB, Twitter, Linkedin etc. by guiding the team on overall campaign planning and execution, media buying, client meetings, setting milestones to measure success and continuous performance monitoring.

- Online brand promotion : Creating online marketing plans across Social, GDN, GSN, influencer networks, new media, content publishers, mobile networks etc. to create awareness and engagement for the brand through both paid and earned media.

- ORM : Manage the reputation of the brand online through both social and web ORM on platforms like FB, Quora, GSN, online review forums etc.

- Alliances : Identify brands to build alliances with, reach out to them and structure brand partnerships to increase brand visibility, engagement and drive traffic to the site.

Skills needed :

- Ability to work well under ambiguity and figure out out-of-the-box solutions when faced with roadblocks

- Good writing skills

- Persistent and good with follow ups

- Experience with Social media and ORM (knowledge of tools like Meltwater preferred, not necessary)

- Basic knowledge of Google analytics

- ROI and data oriented - ability to analyse data and measure impact of marketing campaigns
