- Ideating and creating creative pitches for new and existing clients combining the various solutions the company has to offer. - Work closely with the sales team to identify business opportunities and assist the team with requirements essential to potential business conversion - Liaison with internal teams across sales, marketing, research, design, tech etc. at both pre-sales and execution stage in digital and offline space. - Support the team to ensure accurate and timely client delivery through the development process from initial concepts, research, artwork creation, documentation, implementation within the required timeline to ensure all clients receive- an exceptional experience every single time. - Plan, acquire and manage key delegates and speakers for custom events in close coordination with internal stakeholders and the client. - Analyze and create/modify content processes, templates, and documentation to increase efficiency and quality of work. - Ensure mandated profit margins are maintained across all projects Functional Competencies : - Should be well-versed with digital media & marketing tools and delivery benchmarks. - Experience in creating brand solutions (digital and physical), as per the brief shared - Should be able to independently explore and recommend opportunities, ideas and concepts. - Understanding and knowledge of Indian tech and investment ecosystem would be preferred
