HSBC - Digital Messaging Analyst (5-10 yrs)
Minimum Qualification and Skills Required
- Have an understanding of digital messaging/ content, digital best practice and customer segmentation
- Have experience in content management systems, analytics and Email/SMS sender platforms
- Have an understanding of optimising campaigns
- Have an understanding of how to use performance data to drive decisions
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders and requests at any one time.
- Project management - owning activity from concept to delivery
- Pragmatic decision making skills, with the ability to make clear judgements based on a range of factors, e.g. commercials, risk, customer experience; determine the implications and make recommendations as needed.
