The candidate will be expected to lead the ongoing review and challenge process of IFRS 9 through regular calls with regional Risk and Finance stakeholders. Key deliverables will include: - Own commentaries and insights for regional and country analytic packs - Own and manage the ECL review calls with regional stakeholders - Enhance the commentaries, with detailed account level deep dive analyses - Design/establish a strong and exhaustive (evolving) Insights and analytics Framework - Create a process including feedback loop from team and stakeholders to improve/enhance the analytic framework - Standardize the analytics into re-deployable processes to increase efficiency and reduce turnaround time - The candidate must have experience in retail credit risk management space. Experience of IFRS9 space will be a plus. - Experience in modelling, model monitoring, risk strategy or model validation in the Retail Credit Risk Space
