Role : AVP, CDD Production Support Location : Bangalore The overall objective of the CDD production support analyst is to facilitate and own the delivery of CDD MI (Customer Due Diligence) for Renewals and Remediation-driven activities on behalf of the Regional CDD Production Leads. The role will provide a coordination of all CDD MI requests for the Regional Forums and any adhoc remediation projects. Some of the primary tasks would be to create the CDD deck ahead of the monthly CDD resolution forums, regional CDD forums, weekly run rate decks (target vs. achieved), KRI and MI forecast etc. The role will also have responsibility of cross-regional CDD requirements. The role is intended to ensure consistency in producing high quality MI packs amongst the Regional Production Leads and the Governance Forums they run. This role will be vital in creation of PowerPoint presentations and supporting Excel data. Knowledge &amp; Skills Required : - Strong stakeholder management, business management experience - Excellent MS Excel skills with knowledge around automation and macro - Excellent statistical analysis, design and problem solving skills - Good organizational, planning and management skills - Good understanding of CDD and KYC operations - Good understanding of AML and Sanction Exposure Policies and regulations. - Extensive utilization of MS Office tools, e.g. Excel and PowerPoint
