Role Purpose Responsibility for key processes for supporting Front Office Supervision Tools - Identification of areas for enhancement in the Front Office Supervision (FOS) framework in line with ongoing regulatory challenges to the business and the associated high expectations of senior management - Development of initiatives to address weaknesses identified and implementation through close ongoing work with the FOS Control team and Control Officers - Maintaining an adequate level of business expertise across a broad range of business lines - Meeting the needs of a broad range of stakeholders across countries and businesses - Providing 1st Line support to users of Front Office Supervision and Conduct Tools - Supporting global rollout of tools being developed - Creating collateral and guides that can be used to support common queries on the effective use of tools. - Providing input to process design and continues improvements as the Tools and Applications are developed - Design and Reporting of KPIs and KRIs on the processes being run to senior stakeholders Role Context : - The Front Office Supervision Control function has responsibility for providing process and tools to support the Front Office Supervisors in the Markets business. - The team has interaction with business, compliance and support area staff of all levels on a daily basis. Knowledge &amp; Experience / Qualifications : - Minimum relevant experience of 5 year - Prior experience in Operations Support, Risk &amp; Control or Front Office process roles within the Markets business - Motivated and dynamic, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and respond to urgent requests - Strong organizational and time management skills, with a structured, organized approach to work - Ability to work closely with team members and collaborate with colleagues globally - Confident and comfortable with reporting tools and databases, able to quickly to learn new systems - Proficient in MS Office (Inc., Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint) - Good written and verbal communication skills - Good numeracy and analytical skills - Robust track record in dealing with a diverse and international group of stakeholders - Able to interact in a professional manner at all levels in the organization. - Good communication, negotiation/influencing, and presentation skills
