Role Purpose :

- The jobholder is responsible for supporting the Performance & Reward strategy, particularly on the - Rewards and  Employee Benefits workstreams within GSC (Global Service Centers) &TC (Tech Centers). The jobholder provides expert advice and guidance on development, implementation, and review in the areas of Performance management, Rewards, and Benefits.

- Play a significant role in overseeing the development and implementation of Rewards for the GSC's and TCs, ensuring they align with the Global guidelines, HR policies, and business objectives. The job holder also takes responsibility to project-manage any activity in relation to P&R supporting various businesses

Key Responsibilities :

- Support the implementation of relevant Performance & Reward policies and programs within the business, aligned with Group Performance & Reward, and coordinate key strategic processes, working through the Generalist teams

- Contribute specialist expertise in the development of region or business line compensation structures and incentive plan

- Deliver timely analysis of complex data - thereby helping in HR and business decision-making

- Build knowledge of principal business markets to provide relevant market intelligence

- Build awareness and adoption of relevant Performance & Reward products and processes

- Establish and maintain close working relationship with Generalists to ensure business managers are provided with timely strategic advice for performance management, compensation and benefits

- Maintain leading specialist knowledge through research of published material, competitor practice and legislative/regulatory developments and facilitate effective information-sharing with HR and the business

- Comply with HR risk policies and standards and ensures initiatives are in accordance with Group Risk standards and policy

Education & Skills required:

- Post Graduate in Human Resource Management

- Overall experience of 8 to 10 years

- Relevant experience of 6 to 8 years in total rewards / performance & reward / compensation & benefits / rewards consulting or practice management is highly desired

- Extensive knowledge of legal and regulatory environment

- High level of numerical and analytical skills

- Strong communication & inter personal skills - the role requires the individual to build & manage relationship with multiple business partners / stake holders
