Role Purpose: - GBM Business Services brings together all pan GBM functions within GBM to operate as one single organization / unit with a view to provide full / E2E client onboarding &amp; client service support covering the entire client lifecycle for all product areas with in GBM, across all key geographies and client segments. This organization involves E2E client onboarding, CDD, client data management, Market Data management, Credit approval and Network management function under a single leadership to deliver significant transformation in the client onboarding space over next 3 years. - In addition to this GBM Client Ops is also responsible and accountable for ensuring that all the client are on boarded in line with the Group CDD standards and existing clients remain complaint to these CDD standard. - The GBM Business Services team in GSC are increasing its footprint in GSC to work closely with the business to ensure management of client onboarding and associated lifecycle events are managed efficiently, smoothly while meeting the required client due diligence, global standards and regulatory requirements. This is to be achieved through strong discipline on costs, operational risk &amp; control management and strong client and service orientation. The objective of the organization is to significantly transform the client onboarding experience and provide world competitive business service. Knowledge &amp; Experience / Qualifications: - Relevant 8+ years of experience in end to end project management - Experience working/handling projects in a data management environment, change management, risk management, portfolio management, client onboarding, client data management, market data management, market data services - Ability to critically review process and controls - Ability to identify issues and find solutions - Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders - Self-motivated and able to priorities - Organized and structured approach - Ability to input into and drive change - Ability to challenge and question in a constructive way - Strong MS Office skills, especially using PowerPoint and Excel - Experience of working in an Operations environment would be useful to this role, although not mandatory - Excellent client service and communication skills. - Strong inter-personal skills; the ability to handle conflict and manage expectations Job Location : Bangalore Work Timings : UK working hours (transport facility provided)
