Job Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Manager Finance and Business Strategy to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong financial acumen, business strategy expertise, and the ability to contribute effectively to various strategic initiatives of the company

Key Responsibilities:

- Participate in Business Strategy making and execution.

- Participate in Financial Strategy making and execution.

- Contribute to Business Plan creation, monitoring, and execution.

- Assist in the creation, implementation, and monitoring of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

- Collaborate in New Joint Ventures and further company formation under JV agreements.

- Support in the preparation process for IPO and related financial documentation.

- Participate in the preparation of proposals for strategic investors.

- Ensure that systems and processes are effectively followed and monitored.

- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.

- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for seamless business operations

Requirements:

- CA (Chartered Accountant) Preferred.

- 1 to 5 years of experience in Finance and Business Strategy.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and reporting.

- Experience in business process creation and execution.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
