Role Profile
This is a very interesting and varied role where you will be a key part in supporting our Workday system. The role reports into the HR Technology Lead in GDC and will support the Head of HR Technology with the delivery of the HR Technology roadmap and its associated ROI.
Key Accountabilities
- Develop in depth understanding of core Workday HCM module, Business Processes & System Security
- Develop in depth understanding of additional Workday modules as assigned to you
- Monitor and resolve HR Technical queries received in to the service center against service level agreements
- Work & deliver on change requests received by HR Technology in a timely manner
- Participate in various ad-hoc HR Technology projects
- Act as work stream lead for assigned modules in the Workday bi-annual system upgrades
- Identify opportunities for HR Technology enhancements from observations on technical queries & tickets
Desired Experience and Qualifications
- 2 years + experience with HRIS system (Preferably Workday)
- Experience in payroll & absence HRIS modules is desired
- Knowledge on HR domain policies and procedures is an additional advantage
- Organized, possesses strong time management skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in order to meet established deadlines
- Strong analytical, decision-making, problem solving and communication skills with attention to detail
- Able to troubleshoot and research problems independently and make recommendations on solutions with minimal supervision
- Excellent exposure to Excel
- Strong communicator both written and in person across multiple channels with previous experience communicating across different countries and cultures. Must have excellent command over the English language
- Deliver high level of client service through responsiveness and accuracy when working with stakeholders
- Excited about learning and using new technology
- Able to work morning & afternoon shifts
