HRIS Specialist/System Expert - IT (5-10 yrs)
Hiring for HRIS (Cornerstone) Specialist / System Expert with one of the leading MNC IT Organization.
Work Location: Shannon / Dublin - Ireland
Job Profile:
- Would be responsible for implementation of Cornerstone HR modules (Recruit & Onboard, Succession, Compensation, eDays) with dashboards, tasks and reporting.
- The purpose of the HRIS Specialist is to support the HR team and the business to generate, analyse and present information for key Human Resources activities in order to deliver meaningful analysis and reporting to our business clients and Senior Management Team. Ensuring that this will be carried out in line with controlled policies, procedures and legislative requirements while providing exceptional customer service and minimizing risk.
- Should have Cornerstone experience with all Cornerstone HR modules including HRIS (Cornerstone) System Expert, HRIS System Admin, Payroll Administration (back up support) and Benefits Administration (Pension, Health Insurance, S&S, Cycle to work, and Company Car).
- Incumbent should be Graduate or Management in HR / Techno HR with 5 to 10 years of Cornerstone HR / Cornerstone HRIS experience.
