HRIS Operations Manager - IT/KPO (10-15 yrs)
Key responsibilities: - Oversee day-to-day operations
- Manage cross functional projects
- Coordinate projects within and outside of the HRIS Team
- Review, manage and oversee all audits requests
- Create data privacy processes for all HRIS applications including managing OneTrust data tracking and follow through on compliance
- Vendor Management
- Managing teams
- Project manage small to large scale projects, collaborating with Functional and Technical teams
- Providing solutions to firm challenges in the HRIS space; listening our customers and pushing current or new technologies
- Pushing the firm-wide HR digitization effort, providing creative solutions and pushing the digitization effort across all our platforms
- Managing work life balance on the team, while still meeting business needs

Knowledge and skills requirements: - Strong Project Management Methodology, including Agile
