Role & Responsibilities:
- System Expert - Understand the business processes and systems and suggest improvement by leveraging system functionalities.
- Provide solution to various system related issues / requirements by liaising with the functions and IT /Vendors.
- Manage effective channel of communication with all stakeholders.
- Relationship Management - Be the SPOC to liaise with HRIT/ Vendor for any issue/escalation related to system and support.
- Work closely with the regional and global HRIS teams on various project related activities.
- Maintain setup related information's in various HR applications.
- Maintain Application Security for HR applications
- Provide general support to all stakeholders on HR applications.
- Work closely with operations/functional team and provide training and updates in regards to system changes.
- Testing of any changes to HR application.
- Create and Maintain documentations.
- Manage Production Releases.
Mind Set:
- 5-8 years of experience in working with HR applications with a minimum of 1-2 years on PeopleSoft HRMS application.
- Ability to understand and provide solutions to business requirements. Strong problem solving skills.
- Ability to work with new systems / technologies and drive initiatives.
- Strong functional bent of mind. Good understanding of HR processes a plus point
- Effective communication and inter-personal skills
- Strong planning, organizing & reviewing skills
- Ability to work with a varied set of individuals across levels
- Strong Decision Making & Influencing Skills
- Knowledge of various technologies for in-house built applications would be an added advantage.
