- You will be part of a large HR Transformation team, responsible for managing and delivering on Organization Change Management projects
- You need to leverage your knowledge of change management frameworks and methodologies to come up with strategy and plan
- 3-10 years of experience in HR Consulting/ HRSS/ HCM/ Change Management/ Project management is a must
- MBA from T1/T2 institutes is preferred
- Solid experience in multiple stakeholder management
- Strong business acumen with excellent communication skills
