HR Transformation Role - Consulting Firm (2-6 yrs)
- Candidates should have 2+ years of experience in Human Resource Transformation and Talent Management with Strategy.
- End to end HR transformation from organization planning, process design, support implementation & change management
- Knowledge of processes across HR organization, opportunities for technology enhancements.
- Support our clients in defining their HR strategy and according values.
