HR Transformation Project Manager

We are looking for a HR Transformation Project Manager for one of our clients in Bengaluru.
Job Responsibilities/Essential Functions :
- Work with the client partner and client team to deliver large scale HR Transformations
- Act as the central PMO support for the client. Drive project management, communication and change management for the client across key modules - in partnership with the consulting partner
- Understand as-is HR operating model, technology landscape and processes
- Design new HR/business processes based on customer requirements, enable technologies, and prepare and support the organization during the implementation of new technologies
- Support clients in selecting the best fit HR technology solutions that align with their HR strategy
- Implement programs/interventions that prepare the organization for implementation of new business processes
- Help deliver Digital HR Transformation programs, supporting the design and effective implementation of an integrated HCM platform
- Bring functional expertise and market insights to clients in specific domains (e.g. talent acquisition, total rewards, performance management, etc.)
- Developing detailed implementation roadmaps, risk mitigation and governance/reporting for successful delivery of HR digitalization projects
Education :
Full time MBA from a premier institute
Experience :
6-8 years of relevant work experience in HR function and proven track with reputed organizations. Prior consulting experience is preferable.
Knowledge and skills (general and technical) :
- Good understanding and exposure of HR Transformation and HR Digitalization
- Extensive project & program management experience preferred with specific exposure to large scale operating model and digitization related changes etc.
- Any Digital/Project management certification and experience will be considered a plus (e.g. Darwinbox, Workday, SuccessFactors, ServiceNow etc.)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Dynamic, motivated, flexible and result-oriented personality with the ability to perform under pressure
