HR Transformation Lead - BFSI (5-12 yrs)

We have an immediate and a very exciting opportunity from our client. Our client is a large Insurance organization based in Bangalore. They have taken up a large business transformation initiative and are looking for a young, smart, dynamic HR Professional to lead their HR Transformation process.

The incumbent will be responsible for:

- Driving HR Transformation roadmap that encompass process simplification, optimization

- Drive projects on BSC, Compensation, Analytics, Appraisals, Dashboards etc.

- Drive Interventions around Org Design, Engagement, Talent spotting & development etc.

- Driving continual improvement initiatives to improvise the Customer Experience, Productivity, Speed & Quality Metrics across all HR Services

- Measure and track progress of all Projects and Interventions

To qualify for these positions you should:

- PG/MBA in HR from a reputed B-School

- 5 to 12 years of experience in HR

- Good experience in Change Management, HR Transformation etc

- Have good exp in HR Strategy, Organization Building, Development work etc

- Be very good with metrics & numbers and have an ability to quantify impact

- Have excellent communication, articulation skills

- Be from Bangalore or willing to relocate
