HR Technology Specialist (5-8 yrs)
Our client, one of the global consulting firms is looking for HR Technology Specialist to work on Projects such as HR Shared Service Centre or HR Technology Implementation.
The role holder will play a key role in HR Technology function by working and collaborating with key stakeholders in support of HR Systems implementation, system maintenance, production support, project/process improvement, training etc.
The role would include:
- Organizing and running design workshops
- Developing user procedures, guidelines and documentation; train on new processes/functionality and train new HR systems users.
- Gathering and documenting business requirements
- Documenting process changes
- Ability to work with different stakeholders to articulate a solution
- Assisting in the review, testing and implementation of HR Systems upgrades or patches;
- Collaborating with functional and technical staff to coordinate application of upgrades or fixes; maintain HR systems tables; and document process and results.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years and maximum 8 years experience in HR Technology Implementation / Maintenance
- Should have hands on experience in Business Analysis, Training and Communication
- Strong HR Domain knowledge is essential
- Knowledge of HR Technology tools and platform is mandatory
