Opening for HR Tech Analyst

Strike-It-Rite Management Consultants Pvt Ltd, a reputed executive search firm specialized in technical / niche hiring. Presently we have the following requirement with one of our clients.

Position: HR Tech Analyst

Location : Hyderabad

Company : A leading multinational national company specializing in Pharmaceutical

Job Summary:

Process Mapping and Design :

- Understand as is process and partner with the CoEs to proactively identify key areas of process and technology that will result in a change from the as-is process mapping vs the to-be.

- Work with the Employee Experience CoE on synthesizing insights from employee voice, focused group workshops, targeted stakeholder interviews and feedback

HR Tech Implementation:

- Partner with the CoE and IT department to identify and assess prospective HR technology products and shortlist the best fits through a process of technical and process evaluation of the product.

- Consult with the stakeholders and help arrive at the MVP decision from the available offerings

- Detail out the business requirement document and support in the commercial, legal contracting stage
