Looking for a young HR professional with around 2-4 years of experience in Managing Special HR processes & Projects across the organization
Client: Large Indian MNC into Manufacturing and growing rapidly. They are currently Top-lining at > 8000 Crores
The Role:
- The HR Specialist will partner with Business to understand the broader needs of that organization and ensure the HR team is properly engaged with the right strategic programs and projects
- Work closely with the CHRO to identify and clear Bottlenecks around Talent initiatives
- Envisage, strategise and execute special HR Initiatives
- Take care of Compensation Benchmarks
- Run HR Analytics and Dashboards for the organization
- Drive best practices, promote knowledge sharing and close collaboration within the team
- Strong research skills, Provide actionable insights, collate information into executive summaries and presentations
- Oversees special projects
The Need:
- MBA from Tier 1 or Tier 2 Institutes
- 2 to 5 years of experience in HR
- Have worked in multiple areas of HR
- Experience in areas like TM, C&B, HR Analytics, Dashboards
- Preferably have worked in CEO or CHROs office or EA to CHRO
- Have great analytics and presentation skills
- Young and dynamic HR professional
- Ability to learn and execute quickly
- Experience of working with stake holders and CFTs
- Good communication skills
