HR Specialist/Senior HR Specialist - Performance Management - KPO/IT (5-10 yrs)

- This is a key Professional Development (PD)/Performance Management role in the HR team, involves working closely with the HR Senior Manager and Consulting Class Program Managers to lead and facilitate all PD discussions for the allocated consulting classes

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

- Stay updated on the performance and PD needs of a cohort of consultants through open and on-going communication.

- Track performance of the allocated classes. Responsible for quality checking reviews for alignment with rating guidelines and to prevent ratings inflation

- Master all PD related systems and policies

- Responsible for managing all operations related to consulting performance review process for allocated consulting classes (prepare meeting data, insights on all consulting staff for review meetings, promotion meetings and performance management/performance-based transitions) and also responsible for preparing performance review decks.

- Independently and accurately, update and track people movements in grade level, compensation levels using HR systems to ensure zero-defect in employee's profile.

- Work with allocated consulting class program managers closely to address issues/questions related to PD in general by participating in class meetings

- Manage all compensation activities for consulting staff - responsible for tracking all consulting level changes and execution of related comp changes

- Manage the annual performance bonus and comp review process for consulting staff

- Drive the upward feedback process (bi-annual) for the consulting classes

- Act as the sounding board on issues related to PD for relevant classes to the HR manager

- Managing 1-2 team members and staying up to date on the cohorts they are managing

PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES:

- Proven track of dealing with highly confidential information

- Proactive, confident and motivated

- Excellent communication skills in all situations with customers

- Ability to co-ordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders and bring situations to closure/resolution

- Team player

QUALIFICATIONS:

- MBA from a reputed institute

- 5-10 years of work experience with a minimum of 3 years experience in running Performance Management processes along with front ending the related communications is mandatory

- Competence with Excel, PowerPoint, Word

- We would prefer candidates with exposure to PD roles in other consulting firms. We are also open to candidates from HR Consulting firms who have run Performance Management related projects for clients.
