Job Description :
- 4-5 years- experience in IT recruitment responsible for full life cycle recruiting including direct research.
- Be a part of recruiting team and contribute individually in recruitment specifications and fulfillment including facilitating recruiting strategy, managing data integrity, and ensuring candidate care.
- Responsible for providing real time and strategic employee relations engagement and management through effective stakeholder management,assessments and independent judgment.
- Works closely with management to implement corporate human resources policies at employee, project and organisation level.
- Supports the transformation of the Business HR operations organization into a Strategic Learning HR organization.
