One of our clients which is a major fintech company is looking for an HR Process Excellence Specialist for Bangalore location HR Specialist delivering end to end HR Process design &amp; standardization - Reports to HR Process Excellence Manager. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implementation of end to end HR processes across HR working closely with other relevant functions. - Facilitate global and local HR process meetings and workshops. - Document HR Processes and linked documentation such as process maps and Standard Operating Procedures . - Deliver continuous process improvement across HR Processes - Process and change support for transition of HR processes to Shared Services - Identify and deliver Change Management activities for HR, Employees and Line Managers as part of process changes/transition to Shared Services. (e.g. Change Impact Assessments, comms &amp; training materials)
