HR Specialist - Manufacturing Firm - IIM/XLRI/TISS/SCMHRD (5-8 yrs)
The Incumbent should be MBA or equivalent qualification from IIM's / XLRI / TISS / SIBM / SCMHRD / MDI/IMTGhaziababad from 2011 / 2012 / 2013 passout batches with 5 to 8 years of post MBA experience in Performance Management, Rewards & Recognition and Employee Engagement with MNC Manufacturing Company.
Job specs -
- Facilitating the process of goal setting, mid-year review and year-endreview process, which will include designing the communication plan and deck rollout, hold training sessions
- Facilitating the process of PMS Survey
- Data Management for PMS
- Liaise with all HRBPs to ensure the process is followed on the ground
- understand both process and tool to support organization wide initiative
- Support HR team as well as employees and line managers in its active usage and completing processes within global timelines
- Anchor the workshops and support in various dashboards and analysis used for Talent Review purposes.
- Facilitating the implementation of survey - global Employee Engagement survey
- Analyzing data and work on process for Action Planning & monitoring
- Rolling out National Rewards & Recognition program
- Ensure functional R&R are inline with National philosophy
- Facilitating the rollout of HR processes including communication plan, data analysis, reporting to global team & updates to respective HRBPs and driving the same
- Ensuring successful implementation of Long Service Awards
