HR Specialist/HR Business Partner - Employee Engagement

JD for HR Specialist/HRBP - Employee Engagement role for Flexability(ABC's Second Arm)

Location: Mumbai/ Bangalore/ Chennai /Hyderabad/Delhi/Pune

5-10 years of strong and progressive HR experience

Individual Contributor Role :

1) Experience in organizing employee engagement activities -

i. Addressing employee engagement gaps and build a strong Employer Brand

ii. Internal communications

iii. Standardize the employee engagement calendar for across the organization

iv. Building environment as a Best/Fun Place to Work/ standardized family events

v. Responsible for planning, collating, tracking and adherence of Event Calendar

2) Supporting the PMS

3) TNI & coordination

4) HR Operations

Very good communication skills
