The incumbent should be MBA in HR from premiere institutes with 5 to 8 years of post MBA experience in Compensation & Benefits in a Multinational Manufacturing Company / Big 4 HR Consultancy Company.
The incumbent will be responsible for
- Compensation and Benefits Project in India
- Designing and delivering employee compensation and benefit policy interventions
- Leading in rolling out national Compensation initiatives
- Rolling out C&B related capability development .
- Managing Budget Processes
- Managing International Mobility
- Conducting Job Evaluations and manage Banding Exercises
