HR Specialist - Campus Hiring & New Hire Talent Management

I represent a premier executive search and selection company, Quest ESB Consultants (www.questconsultants.in). We have been partnering premier organizations in India and overseas in their Leadership hiring since the past three decades.

The current role is with a renowned Conglomerate into Manufacturing, Automotive, Retail, FMCG, IT and infrastructure .

The incumbent would be the responsible for ensuring a seamless talent strategy for the Group for Campus hiring and Employer branding

Managing the entire employee lifecycle for MTs hired from the Tier I B- Schools, LAW Schools, CAs, Engineering colleges -including recruitment, PMS, compensation, Operations, Onboarding, Induction and the entire program planning & execution

- Strategic Talent Management, People Focus Excellence and other interventions.

- All employee engagement programs for the executive trainees

- Career planning and development in various functions

- Talent development programs

In short, the creator and process owner of Campus relations, Hiring, Career development planning, Talent Management and OD initiatives of the Group. He/she would work closely with the Head of HR, and CEOs of the Group companies .

We invite application from premier B school graduates with 5-8 years of post qualification experience. Should have excellent presentation and planning capabilities apart from talent management for people coming from premier institutes. Must be a strategic thinker and not into mere execution of projects.

Experience in handling campus relations and hiring would be preferred.
