HR Site HR will work closely with senior leaders of the Sricity site to develop an HR agenda that closely supports the overall aims of the organization and processes that support strategic business aims. Counselling Business on HR topics : - Be proximate to the business - both line managers and employees, in order to understand their issues and prepare HR actions to address them. - Work towards 2022 aligned HR and Business strategies for Sricity. Understand and prioritize business needs, and translate them into HR actions, and then deliver seamlessly. Recruitment: Ensure project staffing and HR support are secured on time for program and project transfers from other global development centers. Total Rewards: - Assure implementation of annual salary review and STI/bonus payments on time; - Follow-up of the incentive schemes set up by the Company; Talent Development: - Coordinate with Talent Management and L&amp;D teams to execute the behavioral Training and competency enhancement plan of the Signaling Business teams. Performance measurements: (OTD, QCD, Sales, PMC, Orders, Gross margin, etc.)
