HR Shared Services Lead - Tech Startup (12-16 yrs)

Great opportunity for seasoned HRSS professionals who have led HRSS for mid sized organisations and have built or taken these to scale.

This role will offer you the opportunity to lead Shared Services from Hire to Retire for a Tech Based startup with global presence. You will have the opportunity to scale the HRSS and develop and implement HR processes, policies, and procedures to ensure efficiency, consistency and a seamless experience for employees.

Please note this role needs someone who has led HRSS for a mid size organization and has taken it to scale. Please do note MBA Full time would be preferred.

The primary responsibilities would include:

- Review and streamline existing processes including but not limited to automation, to create a robust and efficient Global HR Shared Services Model.

- Lead and represent HR in the Compliance, Audit and other Regulatory Processes as required.

- Overlook and collaborate with the IT and Business Stakeholders in integration of HRIS with other key applications that have a direct business and financial impact.

- Build and sustain a strong HR Operations & Shared Services Team, ensure the team is equipped with necessary tools, training and resources to perform their duties effectively.

- Maintain a deep understanding of laws, regulations, to ensure compliance with all applicable laws & regulations of the land.

To fit the bill:

- 12+ years of experience in HR Shared Services.

- Global Exposure, especially of managing North America HR Processes

- Work experience in IT/Analytics/ SAAS companies.

- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

- Excellent communication skills.
