Global HR Service Delivery Leader (HR Operations) This job opportunity is with Media Firm - Global HR Service Delivery Leader responsibilities will include designing budgets, formulating and managing company policies; Publishing HR Analytics and Dashboards, Managing the end to end employee lifecycle processes. To be successful in this role, you should have extensive HR operations experience in senior roles and good knowledge of HRMS. - This person will be responsible for managing a global HR shared services team and will provide support to all our offices globally. Responsibilities : - Manage day to day HR Operations for all employees globally - Manage HR transactions across the entire employee lifecycle including Offer Management, Onboarding, Performance Cycles, Leave Management, Compliances, Contract Managements, Employee files and data, Exits interviews, F&amp;F and tracking of HR Metrics - Lead the implementation of HRMS Platform (Success Factors) - Take accountability for change management and adoption of HR systems and processes - Oversee payroll and performance evaluation systems - Formulation and documentation of Global HR policies, HR processes, and related documents. - Review and update employment contracts and agreements - Prepare HR budgets and manpower planning - Track key HR metrics like cost per hire, attrition rates, headcount, joiner/leavers, benefits utilization, etc. - Publish HR reports and dashboards to stakeholders - Manage special projects like employee engagement surveys, HR system deployments - Measure the effectiveness of policies and benefits programs. Recommend improvements - Ensure employee recordkeeping and data processing procedures Requirements : - 10+ years of HR Operations experience - Experience of handling a global HR operations set up (HR Shared Service) - Knowledge and experience of Success Factor implementation (or any other HRMS platform). - Strong Process orientation. SLA mindset - Should have a bias for Execution Bias - Proven Team Management Capabilities - Excellent Communication and Stakeholder Management Skills
