HR Role - Talent Acquisition/Employer Branding & HR Business Partner - CoE - FMCG/Retail (4-8 yrs)
COE (Talent Acquisition, DEI, Employer Branding) & HRBP
Talent Acquisition:
- Responsible for driving source mix strategy for the organization
- Define and maintain adequate metrics for TA ; TAT, Hiring cost, etc
- Publish and discuss key TA metrics for the organization and guide HRBPs on maintaining key numbers
- Own the Recruitment Central Module for the organization and drive HRBPs to utilize the same
- Track utilization metrics of Job Boards and recommend effective utilization means to HRBPs
- Approve recruitment vendor partners; Approve tie up with service partners
- Plan and Review the Recruitment Budget and recommend ways to optimize the same
Employer Branding:
- Lead branding initiatives for the organization through social media networks ; Linkedin, Facebook, Instagram
- Manage digital agencies who support the branding on social media
- Work with key stakeholders like Linkedin to leverage the platform for branding initiatives and job advertising
- Work with global team to align employer branding agenda with the global calendar
- Participate in Industry Recognition Awards to strengthen our Employer Brand
D&I:
- Define and maintain key metrics of D&I for the organization ; namely no. of women hires per function, gender attrition, women in leadership roles, etc
- Drive the Women ERG formation (Women Affinity Circle) and execution of initiatives as a part of the same
- Take initiatives to establish a culture of overall inclusion within the organization
Engagement:
- Be the India lead on SYV and other engagement surveys like GPTW, Concentrix, etc
- Build plan to ensure completion and communication ensuring participation as per targets
- Work with Functional teams on their action planning process as an outcome of the survey(s)
