The role is with my customer who are an USA STAFFING FIRM headquartered at CALIFORNIA. Job Location Would Be Either Bangalore Or Noida At Their Offshore Delivery Center. Local Applicants Preferred. NOTE: We are looking for applicants who are currently working with US STAFFING AGENCIES (USA MARKET) only and who have the experience/willing to work NIGHTS as this job entails working/interacting with onsite USA Employees 90% of the time. Description: - Responsible for the coordination and implementation of services, policies and programs. - To provide an employee-oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment and ongoing development of a superior workforce. - The Director/Head of Human Resources works closely with other members of the Leadership Team to define, plan, develop, implement, and oversee programs and systems to guide and attain the goals of the company. - Develop strong working relationships with other Executives, management, and staff, providing advice, guidance and coaching as needed. For offshore, Onsite Staff: Administer compensation, benefits and performance management systems. For Offshore, Onsite Employees: Handle staffing responsibilities; hiring, onboarding, promotions, terminations. For Offshore India Staff: Accomplishes retention results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, commending and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating and enforcing systems, policies and procedures. For Offshore India Staff: Human Resources Director will be responsible for, employee relations, recruiting and retention, compensation administration, policies and procedures, and compliance. Candidate Requirement: - Experience working with US Staffing Agencies (MANDATORY - PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU ARE NOT FROM A OFFSHORE US STAFFING AGENCY). - Expert in statutory compliance both for India and USA. - Conversant with Immigration, US Tax Terms ect. - Crafting, Review and revamp of Employee contract both for the USA and India. - Experience and willing to work Nights.
