HR Role - People & Culture - Staffing Firm (5-15 yrs)
Job Responsibilities:
1. Performance Structuring:
- Develop and implement performance management systems and processes that align with the company's goals and objectives
- Design and manage performance appraisal programs, ensuring fairness, consistency, and transparency in evaluations
- Provide guidance to managers on performance feedback, goal setting, and improvement plans
- Monitor and analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement
2. Key Result Areas (KRA) Development:
- Collaborate with department heads and senior management to define and establish clear KRAs for various roles and teams
- Ensure KRAs are measurable, aligned with business objectives, and contribute to overall company success
- Regularly review and update KRAs to adapt to changing business needs
3. Talent Development
- Work closely with the Learning & Development team to identify training and development needs based on performance evaluations
- Assist in the design and delivery of training programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities
- Create career development plans for high-potential employees
4. Employee Engagement:
- Develop and execute employee engagement strategies and initiatives
- Conduct regular surveys and feedback sessions to gauge employee satisfaction and make recommendations for improvement
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment
5. Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Compile and analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and areas requiring intervention
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management on performance, KPIs, and HR analytics
6. Compliance and Policies:
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are up-to-date and compliant with Indian labor laws and regulations
- Provide guidance on employee relations issues and disciplinary matters
Job Requirements:
- Master's degree in Human Resources Management, with a proven experience in HR management, preferably in a staffing or recruitment company
- Proven experience in HR roles, with a focus on performance management and KPI development
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal skills, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data for informed decision-making
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
- Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR best practices
