Role specs:
- Involved in entire annual Performance Management exercise across the Bank
- Working closely with HR Partners, Compensation & Benefits Team and the HR Operations Team for the appraisal actions finalization process
- Developing policies and criteria for rewards and performance linked incentives.
- Support in designing the performance management system (PMS) to drive performance driven culture
- Responsible for the implementation of the various stages of the performance cycle like shared goal setting, sample KRAs, regular reviews and year end appraisal and increment philosophy
- Preparing and monitoring the performance improvement plan process
