HR Reporting & Analytics - Bank (3-10 yrs)
We have an opening with leading MNC Bank.
The Position will be responsible to deliver human resource reporting to HR Division
We are looking for someone :
- Who is preparing reports for human resource
- Developing human capital reports to all stakeholders globally.
- Manage all standard HR reports based on business partners requirement.
- Proficient in reporting.
- Utilizing SQL, Excel, Access, Word and Power Point to extract and manipulate large amounts of data, perform
analysis and create reports
- Has an experience into HR Analytics.
Experience Required :
- 3 to 10 yrs of experience in Reporting
- Experience in query building (SQL, MS- Office)
- Experience using an industry standard reporting tool (Business Objects, Actuate, Web Focus)
