HR Reporting Analyst - Insurance Firm (5-7 yrs)

Looking for HR reporting Analyst with WORKDAY as mandatory experience. Workday Reporting is a must and mandatory skill

- Applies and integrates advanced predictive analysis, people metrics and reporting to develop strategic and operational insights for workforce decision making such as staffing, learning and development, talent management, diversity and human resource compliance. 


- Develop and deliver ad hoc, recurring, and on-demand / self-service reports within Workday

- Address reporting needs for all of HR, including Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Workforce Planning, Training & Development, Employee Engagement, Payroll, Compensation and Benefits, and Regulatory / Compliance.

- Attend project related or problem-solving meetings and represent the - reporting- point of view to help inform solution-oriented decisions.

- Support new system implementations, upgrades and software releases from the reporting standpoint including making updates and testing.

- Provide data consultation related to integration development.

- Recommend business process or system enhancements to improve reporting capabilities and influence system owners to incorporate changes.

- Develop Workday dashboards to easily visualize critical business health metrics enabling leaders to better make educated decisions regarding the business to meet their goals related to workforce objected and other human capital-related initiatives.

- Work with business stakeholders to design, build, and QA Workday reports, while following documented guidelines and quality assurance procedures.

- Support the rationalization of current reporting inventory and establish future state reporting requirements.

- Support key business projects with analytics.

- Support release activities including bi-annual vendor-driven releases, weekly service releases and enhancements as defined in internal product roadmap updates. This includes the development and execution of testing strategies.

- Support HR Reporting needs in Workday.

- Execution of general administration and reporting tasks pertaining to People human capital

Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience

- 5-7 years of experience in an HRIS or HR Analyst role, with an emphasis on reporting and extracting data from systems preferred.

- Experience designing and developing custom reports preferably in Workday.

- A keen interest in data and related reporting and extraction tools and a desire to learn new tools.
